Get Paid to Save Money & Energy!
Using one compact fluorescent light (CFL) in
place of an incandescent bulb can save you
$4.80 annually—or $36 in energy costs over
the life of the CFL.
And, if you send Piedmont Electric the receipts
when you buy a CFL, you will receive a
credit on your power bill of 50¢ for each installed CFL, up to $15 per calendar year.
To earn your credit, follow these guidelines:

• Send in your original receipt for the purchase. If your receipt does not clearly show the CFL purchase, please also send in proof of purchase from the packaging.
• Write the full name of the Piedmont Electric member, the account number and the complete mailing address and daytime phone number on the receipt. (You must have an active account with the Cooperative.)
• Receipts must be dated within six months of the date of submission.
