Sweet Potato Casserole
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 stick margarine, softened
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, margarine, milk and vanilla and place in 7-inch by 12-inch casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients together and put on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
